Whether you’re designing a contemporary minimalist loft or revitalizing a historic home, you’ve come to the right place to learn all of our tips and tricks!  Did you know…When staging or designing, it is key to use the 60-30-10 rule. 60% of the room should be your dominant colour, 30% should be your secondary colour and only 10% should be your accent colour.  What counts as 10%? Your accent colour can consist of many things such as: Accent pillows, throw blankets, artwork, plants or even table accessories. Your accent colour should be showcased within the smaller design elements. This rule helps keep the space balanced. We promise if you’re designing your home, using this rule will lead to ultimate success and balance.
